Job summary

• Academic qualifications include a high school certificate and relevant vocational training.
• Solid demonstrated experience in a similar facilities role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Checks that maintenance and repairs requests align with the service level agreement.
• Supports distribution of and response to all facilities service requests.
• Ensures daily building inspections comply with Health and Safety Act.
• Documents and reports on maintenance and repair status to management.
• Coordinates routine maintenance and repairs schedules and updates maintenance database.
• Ensures buildings, offices and equipment meet required standards and service levels.
• Liaises with internal and external stakeholders including security and cleaning staff.
• Escalates non-performance to management.
