Job summary

Crown Worldwide Singapore is looking for a proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our workplace facilities. You will assist with day-to-day operations, maintenance requests, and basic asset tracking to keep the office safe and well maintained.

You will coordinate vendor visits, support safety checks, and assist with simple facilities projects and administration tasks. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in facilities management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day facilities operations and respond to requests.
• Log and track maintenance requests and follow up.
• Coordinate with vendors for service visits and reports.
• Support safety checks and compliance activities.

• Prepare basic reports and maintain documentation.
