Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join our client’s Property Management team in Singapore. The role oversees daily facilities operations, coordinates vendors and ensures service delivery across back-of-house functions.

The position emphasizes preventive maintenance, liaison with building management, and HSSE compliance, with involvement in budget tracking, reporting and documentation to support building performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of facilities management experience.
• Experience in vendor management and maintenance coordination.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• CMMS experience is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint; budget tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage preventive and reactive maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections and minor improvement projects.
• Coordinate multiple vendors, including purchase orders, billing, SLA compliance and performance monitoring.
• Liaise with building management and relevant stakeholders on facilities, maintenance and technical matters.
• Monitor HSSE compliance, manage incident reporting and coordinate emergency response procedures.
• Support event-related facilities arrangements, including vendor coordination, setup and post-event reinstatement.
• Maintain accurate facilities records and reports, including PPM status, operational performance, budgets and billing.
