Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building/Facilities or ITE/NTC FM with required years.
• Experience in M&E or facilities management.
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations; Fire Safety Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for hard/soft FM services.
• Lead technicians and contractors to meet service deliverables.
• Attend feedback from occupants on building operations.
• Compile service reports and KPI presentations for Client review.
• Plan improvements and inspect common/tenanted areas for defects.
• Source quotations for ad-hoc repairs and manage spares/inventories.
• Ensure licenses and permits are renewed timely; attend tenancy meetings.
• Undertake other assignments as directed by Management.
