Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior/Property Officer in Singapore to coordinate contractor work across common areas, inspect sites, and manage maintenance and resident feedback. The role involves collaboration with grassroots leaders, attendance at community events after hours, and handling urgent cases.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher in facilities management, building, real estate, or related fields, plus internship experience in property/facilities management.

Qualifications

• Relevant internship or practical experience in property/estate/facilities management or building/facilities maintenance
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors to maintain common areas, including cleaning, conservancy, landscaping, and horticultural works
• Inspect sites and follow up with contractors on defect rectification
• Issue works orders to contractors and verify rectification and payments
• Engage residents’ feedback and perform callback services after defects are addressed
• Discuss and follow up on maintenance issues with grassroots leaders
• Assist grassroots leaders to organise grassroot activities
• Attend MP house visits, grassroots and upgrading meetings after office hours
• Handle urgent cases referred by Manager, grassroots leaders and EMSU
• Cross-audit estate inspections, arrears visits and perform special duties when assigned
