Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services)
• Experience in building operations and maintenance

• Competent in preventive maintenance planning and reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage a cluster of facilities and provide full attention and service to the client
• Supervise on-site contractors for planned and ad-hoc maintenance
• Ensure routine and preventive maintenance strategies are implemented
• Source, negotiate and monitor contractors to meet specifications
• Attend to daily fault reports from Client and users
• Attend monthly meetings on contractual requirements and SLAs
• Collaborate with Client Rep and users to minimize disruption
• Supervise service providers ensuring safe, timely delivery
• Deliver contracts smoothly with multiple providers
