Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Property Officer to manage hard FM and soft FM operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance, tenancy coordination, and contractor supervision.

You will ensure statutory compliance, prepare KPI presentations and management reports, inspect buildings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across facilities under your care.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&E or facilities management services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works for hard FM and soft FM as applicable.
• Supervise contractors for routine and ad-hoc maintenance tasks.
• Inspect common areas and tenanted spaces, report defects and non-compliances.
• Coordinate with tenants and stakeholders on requests and fit-out meetings.
• Prepare cost estimates for ad-hoc maintenance, reinstatement and improvement works.
• Prepare KPI presentations and management reports; support monthly KPI slides.
