JLL Singapore seeks an Assistant Engineering Manager to assist in delivering exceptional facility operations and maintenance services within a dynamic commercial real estate environment. You will support daily operations, monitor performance, and coordinate preventive maintenance to ensure optimal tenant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Engineering, or related technical field with 3.5+ years in facilities management/building operations/engineering services.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in CMMS and related maintenance software.
• Leadership potential with basic project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems.
• Monitor performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Support maintenance programs, scheduling repairs and equipment upgrades.
• Assist in finance compliance and purchasing processes per company policy.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Plan and execute building enhancement projects with contractors and stakeholders.
• Support training and development of maintenance staff.
