Job summary

JLL Singapore is seeking a Facilities Coordinator cum concierge to ensure smooth operations of office and laboratory environments, blending facilities management, workplace experience, safety compliance, and admin support.

You will coordinate ACMV, electrical and lab infrastructure, manage vendors, reception duties, and ensure high service standards while maintaining a safe, well‑kept workplace. This role offers exposure to end-to-end FM activities within a global real estate services leader.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities operations and client management.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and building inspections.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities operations and manage client relationships.
• Handle client and internal POs, invoicing and issue resolution.
• Oversee vendor management, quotes, and contractor coordination.
• Coordinate ACMV, chillers, electrical and lab infrastructure maintenance.
• Develop and track a 52-week preventive maintenance schedule.
• Provide front-of-house concierge services and reception support.
• Coordinate office moves, space planning, and admin tasks.
• Conduct daily to bi-monthly FM inspections and safety initiatives.
• Support building shutdown planning and critical operations.
