Job summary

Frasers Property Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, Facilities Management at Waterway Point in Singapore to oversee building maintenance, planning preventive work, and liaising with tenants.

You will coordinate a team for serviced areas, manage tender processes, ensure compliance and report on performance, with SAP/Ariba/AutoCAD proficiency as assets in a fast-paced retail mall setting.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail mall management including tenants' liaison.
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba and AutoCAD; knowledge of retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to tenants' feedback and requests on operations.
• Ensure optimal plant and equipment operations and performance.
• Plan, prepare, evaluate and administer quotations and tenders for maintenance and CAPEX works.
• Manage service providers, contractors, SLAs and audits to meet contractual obligations.
• Oversee the technician team and overtime assignments.
• Prepare monthly property management reports and risk assessments.
