You will manage vendor performance, supervise a technicians team, coordinate tenancy and fit-out compliance, and ensure ISO/audits record-keeping. Candidates should have 3–5 years in retail mall management and knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and AutoCAD.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in Building Services/Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous, highly organised with good time management.
• 3–5 years’ experience in retail mall management including tenants liaison and minor A&A work.
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba and AutoCAD; retail environment experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Attend to tenants’ feedback and requests on operations.
• Ensure optimal plant/equipment operations and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities, car parks, external areas, signage, landscaping and tenant spaces.
• Oversee expiry dates of contracts, permits and certificates; renew before expiry.
• Provide timely responses to queries from stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations and tenders for maintenance, repairs, and capital projects; certify for payment on completion.
• Manage service providers and contractors to meet SLAs and statutory requirements.
• Oversee technician team, overtime, and duty assignments.
• Prepare monthly property management and risk reports; participate in ISO audits.
• Optimize building equipment and systems operations.
• Oversee tenants’ fit-out processes for compliance with guidelines.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/management.
