Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee structural compliance, maintenance planning for MEP systems, and vendor management to ensure safe and efficient operations. You will coordinate audits, manage office moves, and supervise contractors while upholding safety and sustainability standards.

The role requires 2+ years in corporate or industrial facilities management, with strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant facilities/engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years in corporate/industrial facilities management.
• Knowledge of building safety acts and guidelines.
• Ability to distinguish between aesthetic and structural defects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mandatory structural audits and inspections.
• Plan, supervise, and schedule maintenance for MEP systems (air conditioning, fire protection).
• Manage workspace logistics including seating plans and internal moves.
• Supervise performance audits of service contractors and conduct reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee the internal facilities helpdesk and track facility assets.
