Job summary

Storefriendly Group is seeking a Facilities Management Executive to support the Operations Team in ensuring uninterrupted, safe, and efficient day-to-day building operations. The role focuses on structural integrity, façade safety, and adherence to local regulations, while coordinating MEP maintenance and contractor activities.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in FM or related field and have at least 2 years of facilities management experience in corporate or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years hands-on facilities management experience in corporate, office, or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and regulatory guidelines (BCA, SCDF, WSH).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate structural & façade compliance inspections and log defects.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems including ACMV, fire protection, electrical, and plumbing.
• Supervise vendors and service contractors, conduct periodic performance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with WSH, NEA, PUB standards; monitor energy use and drive sustainability.
• Manage internal helpdesk, asset tracking, and office moves as needed.
