Job summary

Qualifications

Regular inspections of common areas, facilities, car parks, external areas and tenant spaces.
Ensure timely renewal of term contracts, permits and certificates.
Coordinate tendering and evaluate maintenance quotations.
Manage service providers to meet SLAs and statutory requirements.
Involvement in ISO audits and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

Attend to tenants’ feedback and requests on operations.
Ensure the optimal plant/equipment operations and performance.
Plan, prepare, evaluate and administer quotations and tenders for maintenance services and capital works, certifying works for payment.
Supervise contractors and audits to ensure SLA adherence and regulatory compliance.
Prepare monthly property management reports and risk assessments.
