Job summary

The National Arts Council in Singapore is seeking a facilities & maintenance professional to support the management of arts spaces, collaborate with managing agents, and ensure compliant, well-maintained venues.

You will help with data management, procurement support, asset verification, and reporting to improve operational efficiency across NAC's arts properties. An eye for detail, strong coordination skills, and experience with public sector procurement are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities / property management, including liaison with managing agents.
• Handling data management, record-keeping, or preparing operational reports.
• Experience in administering procurement processes, preferably in public sector context.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managing agents and venue managers to resolve maintenance issues reported by arts tenants; conduct site inspections to verify work completion and ensure compliance with specifications and contractual requirements
• Support the procurement process for cyclical maintenance and upgrading works of arts spaces and assets
• Manage and analyse data to improve operational efficiency
• Participate in asset sighting and verification exercises
