Job summary

The NAC National Arts Council in Singapore seeks a proactive coordinator to support Singapore Art Week programmes and events on-site, from openings to forums and precinct activations. You will help with guest registration, wayfinding and documentation, while contributing to marketing, CMS updates and data management.

You will assist with research, data analysis and visualization of visual arts statistics, and provide administrative support across the Visual Arts team.

Qualifications

• Interest in visual arts, festival programming, marketing and arts management.
• Experience in research and data analysis is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design is a bonus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMS/website updates.
• Some experience supporting visual arts exhibitions or initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Programme and event delivery: on-site support for Singapore Art Week events, including registration and guest management.
• Marketing and communications: develop and update publicity materials, digital content and social media.
• Programme information and database management: collate, verify and maintain data for platforms.
• Visual Arts research and team support: data analysis, visualization and coordination.
