You will build a robust sales pipeline and represent the company at tenders and client meetings, coordinating with operations to ensure a smooth handover. The role requires 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in Singapore, a diploma or degree in Business or Marketing, and strong negotiation

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales / business development experience, preferably within cleaning/FM/outsourced services in Singapore.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with CRM/sales tracking tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities across Singapore across commercial, industrial, institutional, and public sector segments.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of new leads and prospects to meet sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and need assessments for service requirements.
• Monitor tenders on GeBIZ and other platforms; prepare submissions and proposals.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR and Finance to ensure pricing reflects costs and compliance.
• Build and manage relationships with facility managers and procurement teams; negotiate contracts within authority and margins.
