Job summary

Jardine Engineering (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue by securing FM Operations and A&A projects in Singapore. This client-facing role requires a strong industry network and a proven ability to originate and close opportunities.

You will identify opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive technical and commercial solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in BD or sales in FM/Building Services/M&E.
• Proven track record in securing FM Operations or A&A projects.
• Strong industry network and contacts to generate opportunities.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new FM Operations and A&A opportunities.
• Leverage networks to generate qualified leads and build sales pipeline.
• Acquire new clients and grow opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build relationships with property owners, developers, REITs, agents and key decision-makers.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead to proposal, negotiation and contract award.
• Collaborate with internal teams on competitive solutions.
• Monitor market trends and upcoming opportunities.
• Develop account strategies to drive recurring and new business.
• Maintain sales forecasts, pipelines and BD updates.
• Achieve sales, revenue and BD targets.
