At least 2 years of relevant BD, sales support, proposal writing or tender prep experience.
Facilities management/real estate industry experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day business development activities tailored to cleaning/conservancy/facilities management services.
Assist in preparing competitive proposals, tenders, and pitch presentations for prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify and analyze new business opportunities.
Maintain client relationships and track the sales pipeline for consistency.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop competitive pricing and service offerings.
Assist with contract negotiations and provide administrative support to sales and BD ecosystem.
