Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform various maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, be responsible, and capable of working independently. Previous experience in general repair is preferred. This full-time position offers a salary range of SGD 2,500 to SGD 2,800 and operates Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve maintenance issues.
• Responsible and reliable.
• Prior general repair or building maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work within the company premises.
• Replace light bulbs, switches, fans, and door locks as needed.
• Carry out simple electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Support equipment maintenance and assist in minor installations.
• Inspect facilities for maintenance needs.
• Assist with other ad-hoc repair tasks as assigned.
