Job summary

MAINT-KLEEN PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced facilities operations manager to lead day-to-day activities across sites.

You will supervise site supervisors and cleaners, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of daily operations in line with client requirements. Responsibilities include planning schedules for periodic cleaning, allocating manpower and equipment, and overseeing servicing of cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels, commercials etc.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and persuasive skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Positive work attitude; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational management
• Effective instruction and management of sites supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas
• Coordinate, assign and manage tasks/works given
• Plan and deliver schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment
• Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment
• Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or other discipline
• At least 2-3 years' experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels, commercials etc
• Required to possess class 3 driving license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytic and good persuasion skills
• Excellent time management
• Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team
