CHARLES & KEITH is seeking a Facilities Support role to assist in maintaining our buildings and shops. You will coordinate repairs, monitor CCTV and security systems, and manage tenant requests in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a diploma in Facilities Management with about 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong time management and communication skills. Teamwork is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in facilities management and administrative duties.

Responsabilités

• Co-ordinate repairs in our facilities, buildings and shops with electricians, technicians and the Building Maintenance Manager.
• Perform regular CCTV checks for our buildings and shop outlets.
• Handle security systems such as Biometric and CCTV.
• Coordinate building and shop repairs with contractors and vendors.
• Manage tenants and their maintenance/repair requests.
• Handle administration duties related to the above requests.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with Electricians, Technicians and the Building Maintenance Manager to co-ordinate repairs in our facilities, buildings and shops

Job Requirements
