Job summary

Millennium Services Group is a leading provider of integrated property services, delivering cleaning, security, maintenance, and facilities management solutions. This role supervises daily cleaning operations across assigned sites, coordinating staff and ensuring high standards.

You will conduct site inspections, manage schedules, and liaise with clients to resolve issues while promoting workplace safety. A minimum 2–3 years in cleaning or facilities management and strong organisational skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facilities management, or a similar supervisory role.
• Experience supervising a team of cleaners is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and cleaning staff.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple sites or operational requirements.
• Basic computer skills for reporting, rostering, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites.
• Lead, deploy, and monitor cleaning staff to ensure sufficient manpower and coverage.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleaning standards meet contractual and client requirements.
• Monitor attendance, work performance, grooming, and discipline of cleaning staff.
• Train and coach cleaners on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and workplace safety.
• Manage cleaning schedules, rosters, task assignments, and leave arrangements.
• Ensure cleaning equipment, chemicals, tools, and supplies are properly maintained and available.
• Liaise with clients regarding service requirements, feedback, complaints, and operational matters.
• Investigate and resolve service issues promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and maintain relevant records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment when required.
• Carry out any other duties related to cleaning and facilities operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and handle multiple sites or operational requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for reporting, rostering, and documentation.
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
• Relevant WSQ/NEA cleaning or supervisory qualifications will be an advantage.
