Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd. is recruiting a Project/Facilities Manager to oversee A&A works, M&E maintenance, and system improvements for buildings housing critical equipment. You will manage contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost-effective, reliable facility operations.

Qualifications

• Training in Civil Engineering, Project, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management, Building or equivalent.
• Experience in civil maintenance works and managing facilities contracts including procurement.
• Experience in project management and facilities management; knowledge of M&E systems and BIM processes.

Responsibilities

• Formulate policies, SOPs and guidelines for technology use and operation procedures to ensure sustainability.
• Review technical specifications and contract terms for procurement of goods and services.
• Oversee maintenance of buildings/facilities and M&E systems to meet standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage maintenance contractors to ensure high performance and support ATC services.
