Job summary

ENGIE South East Asia is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee and lead facility management for an office building at Jurong East. The role requires coordinating with clients to develop trust and ensuring quality service standards.

You will plan and execute rectification works, liaise with external agencies on initiatives and major repairs, prepare tender documents, and manage project costing with the operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university.
• 5+ years of Healthcare experience preferred.
• Proven experience in facility management in a large facility.
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
• Service-oriented mindset with integrity and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a facility management for an office building.
• Establish good working relationships with clients and build trust.
• Establish and maintain quality service standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare tender documents and specifications.
• Plan, coordinate and execute rectification works.
• Responsible for project costing and control.
• Assist manager on daily operations of site and provide technical support and guidance.
