Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to oversee A&A works, maintenance of buildings and M&E systems. You will formulate policies, SOPs, and tender specs to ensure sustainable operations and compliance with standards.

The role requires on-site responsiveness, experience in facilities management, and strong communication. You will coordinate with contractors, internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver quality facilities and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and facilities management.
• Knowledge of M&E systems and BIM concepts.
• Experience with public sector procurement procedures.
• Ability to respond on-site and support night duties.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of buildings, facilities and M&E systems.
• Supervise maintenance contractors to meet high performance standards.
• Formulate policies, SOPs and technical specifications for tendering of contracts for goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with local standards and guidelines (e.g., BCA Green Mark).
• Oversee project resources, finances and schedule with internal and external parties to meet requirements.
• Support renovation or development of new offices and equipment rooms from initiation to occupancy.
