Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a senior Facilities Manager to lead lifecycle management of venue assets, develop SOPs, and oversee daily operations across multiple properties. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Facilities Management, engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing multi-venue facilities, preferably in events management.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with negotiation ability.
• Knowledge of building systems: BMS, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead assets and facilities lifecycle management, including tracking, planning, maintenance and optimization of venue assets.
• Develop and implement assets/ facilities management SOPs aligned with the company system architecture.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple properties (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across facilities.
• Manage external service providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
• Develop and oversee the facilities budget and cost-control initiatives.
