Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with building services systems (ACMV, fire protection, UPS).
Responsibilities
- Support operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Assist in planning and delivering upgrade and lifecycle replacement projects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders on project matters.
