Job summary

ENGIE Singapore seeks an experienced Facility Manager to lead a team responsible for the management of a large office facility. You will build strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service standards while coordinating with external agencies for major repairs and new initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in ME/EE, 8+ years of related experience, and hands-on M&E knowledge. Candidates should be proactive, capable of working with minimal supervision, and able to manage

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Healthcare division experience with 5+ years preferred.
At least 8 years related experience in facility management.

Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a team in facility management for office building.
Establish good working relationships with clients and to develop trust and confidence.
Establish and maintain quality service standards.
Coordinate and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance.
Prepare tender documents and specifications.
Plan, coordinate and execute rectification works.
Responsible for project costing and control.
Assist manager on daily operations of site and provide technical support and guidance.
