Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Executive to support facilities management at a Singapore location. You will help maintain M&E systems, respond to tenant needs, and coordinate with clients to ensure safe, compliant building operations.

Responsibilities include supervising contractors, handling fault and incident reporting, and assisting with logistics and events, while acting as part of the emergency response team as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, repair and troubleshoot M&E systems.
• Attend to normal, urgent requests or complaints from tenants and clients.
• Report any non-conformance to Supervisor for corrective action.
• Supervise and manage contractors for preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Carry out fault reporting duties.
• Conduct incident reporting & notification to stakeholders.
• Assist in logistics and events support.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Record consumption data accurately and report abnormalities to supervisor.
• Serve as part of the emergency response team.
