Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems. You will lead managers and engineers, manage contractors, and act as the key client contact, delivering regular performance reports and driving improvements.

The role requires 7–10 years in M&E facilities management with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial capacity, plus strong knowledge of local codes and budgeting duties.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering with 7–10 years of M&E facilities management experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and local codes/standards (Fire Code, WSH).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily M&E operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts, BMS) per schedules and SOPs.
• Lead and manage managers/engineers, including recruitment and performance reviews.
• Oversee contractors and vendors for outsourced services.
• Act as main client contact, attend meetings, provide regular reports on operations and improvements.
• Ensure compliance through audits, inspections, and CAPA implementation.
