Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore seeks a seasoned M&E Facilities Engineer to manage and maintain the building's electrical and mechanical systems. You will oversee day-to-day M&E operations and coordinate repairs, improvements, and service regimes to ensure reliable performance.

You will supervise on-site staff and contractors, attend monthly meetings with the Employer, and be on-site during emergencies. Strong knowledge of building services, troubleshooting, and compliance with fire safety

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years' experience maintaining M&E systems in high-rise office buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building services, troubleshooting and system fault diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain M&E facilities in the building.
• Oversee day-to-day M&E operations and repairs.
• Supervise outsourced contractors to minimise disruption.
• Attend monthly meetings with the Employer and be on-site during emergencies.
• Enforce fire safety rules and ensure compliance.
