Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer in Singapore to manage and maintain M&E facilities in a high-rise building. You will oversee daily M&E operations, plan repairs and improvements, and supervise outsourced contractors to minimize disruption to building services.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with substantial hands-on M&E experience, including HVAC and electrical systems, and a commitment to safety and quality across daily

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain M&E facilities in the building.
• Oversee day-to-day M&E systems and plan repairs and improvements.
• Supervise outsourced contractors to minimize disruption.
• Carry out daily site inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
• Enforce fire safety measures and attend on-site emergencies when required.
