Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management Executive to oversee day-to-day operations of the campus facilities, including janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance.

Under the direction of the Facility Manager, respond to requests for building maintenance, manage contract programs, and maintain site-specific documentation and reports. This role includes budget preparation and ensuring safety and insurance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services and maintenance.
• Respond promptly to building maintenance requests under the direction of the Facility Manager.
• Maintain and compile facility documentation and reports (OSHA logs, safety logs, contracts, invoices).
• Prepare budgets, contracts and purchase orders; contribute to a five-year maintenance plan.
• Monitor compliance with insurance requirements and coordinate claims.
• Inspect facilities proactively and report findings to the Facility Manager.
