Job summary

JLL in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Executive (5.5 days) to lead the in-house maintenance team and oversee daily operations on-site. The role emphasizes space planning, event support, and high standards of cleanliness and safety within a dynamic facilities environment.

You will coordinate cleaners, landscapers, pest control, and vendors, ensuring timely inspections, reports, and responsive actions; FSM experience is a plus as you enhance service delivery and tenant engagement.

Qualifications

• Oversee in-house maintenance tasks and daily upkeep.
• Coordinate and improve efficiency of storage, space planning, and event support.
• Liaise with vendors, cleaners, landscapers and pest control for service quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-house maintenance team for all daily maintenance issues and conduct daily inspection to ensure quality standards are being maintained.
• Monitor submission of supervisors’ daily inspection and periodic cleaning reports.
• Coordinate and support events from set up requirements to logistical support including AV setup; liaise with onsite support team on layout.
• Review cleaners’ and landscapers’ deployment and duties to optimal use of manpower.
• Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
• Tenant engagement is a must for all feedbacks; monitor cleaners’ schedule and ensure duties are carried out.
• Coordinate with vendors for training programmes for cleaners, landscapers and pest control.
