Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage daily operations at Raffles Place. Immediate start until 31 Dec 2028, with a salary of SGD 3,200–3,600 per month and varied hours.

The role involves coordinating vendors for cleaning, pest control and landscaping, supporting events, supervising upgrades, monitoring supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential; CMMS and Condeco experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in Facilities Management / Coordinator / Event Management / Cleaning Services
• Ability to respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients and management
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations to maintain a clean, safe environment
• Coordinate vendors and service providers (cleaning, pest control, landscaping) for quality delivery
• Support planning and execution of events, including venue setup and logistics
• Supervise cleaning and upgrading/restoring activities, ensuring hygiene standards
• Monitor supplies and arrange replenishment for daily operations
• Review vendor quotations and invoices for accuracy and value
• Handle basic admin duties including reports, meeting minutes and records
• Coordinate deliveries, purchases, and service requests for smooth operations
• Monitor building facilities and arrange repairs when needed
• Assist with manpower coordination during peak periods
