Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee day-to-day facilities operations at Raffles Place, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. You will coordinate vendors and service providers to deliver quality, manage events, and support logistics with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in facilities management or related fields and are proficient in MS Office, CMMS, and visitor management systems, with a focus on efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in Facilities Management / Coordinator / Event Management / Cleaning Services
• Ability to respond effectively to complex inquiries/complaints from clients, line management and supply chain
• Ability to work under pressure and be customer service oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Power Point; CMMS (Facility Bot); Visitor Management System (Condeco)

Responsibilities

• Managed day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
• Coordinated vendors and service providers (cleaning, pest control, landscaping), ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Supported planning and execution of events, including venue setup, logistics, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Supervised cleaning and upgrading/restoring activities, resolving issues and ensuring hygiene standards.
• Monitored supplies and arranged replenishment to support daily operations.
• Reviewed vendor work, quotations, and invoices to ensure accuracy and value.
• Handled basic administrative duties including reports, meeting minutes, records, and quotations.
• Coordinated deliveries, purchases, and service requests to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitored building's facilities and arranged repairs when needed.
• Managed lost and found items, maintaining proper records and follow-up.
• Supported sustainability efforts such as recycling initiatives.
• Identified areas for improvement and implemented solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Assisted with manpower coordination and provided support during peak periods or staff shortages.
• Acted as a key point of contact for staff, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
