Job summary

Health Promotion Board is seeking a facilities manager to oversee estate operations and coordinate a workplace relocation project. You will liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure safety, reliability and on‑time delivery.

The role requires degree/diploma in a relevant technical field, and solid experience in government procurement, tenders and contract administration. A proactive, independent approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across levels.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus.
• Self‑driven, detail oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day estate and facilities management of HPB’s existing premises.
• Coordinate and administer tenders for workplace relocation projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to meet budgets and schedules.
• Support sustainability initiatives and other Administration department projects.
