Job summary

Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is seeking a seasoned Project and Facilities Management leader to oversee workplace management, including buildings, relocations and retrofitting projects. You will drive stakeholder collaboration, define functional requirements, budgets and timelines to ensure projects deliver value and compliance.

The role requires a strong background in architecture/engineering/quantity surveying, plus experience leading FM contracts and managing large-scale public sector

Qualifications

• Background in architecture, engineering, quantity surveying or building-related field.
• Experience with Integrated Facilities Management contracts.
• Strong project management experience in large scale/public sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan and co-create with stakeholders to establish workflows and user requirements.
• Lead procurement of professional services such as consultants and contractors.
• Set up systems for managing variations, approvals, budgets and progress updates.
• Prepare project briefs, manage scope, time, cost and quality targets including safety.
