Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for employee facility-related requests.
• Support daily facilities operations with the Facilities/ Workplace Experience team.
• Manage work orders in Corrigo and assign to relevant teams (Handyman, AV, Cleaning, BMS).
• Respond to facility queries via Microsoft Teams and email.
• Coordinate training room setup and update meeting room bookings.
• Provide reception coverage during specified hours.
• Assist with other facilities and workplace tasks as needed.

Job description

Position: Facilities Customer Service Officer

Location: Buona Vista, Singapore

Salary: Up to $2,800 per month

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for employee facility-related requests.
• Support the Facilities / Workplace Experience team in managing daily facilities operations.
• Manage work orders through Corrigo and assign requests to the appropriate teams, including Handyman, AV, Cleaning and BMS.
• Respond to facility requests through Microsoft Teams and email .
• Follow up with the relevant teams to ensure facility requests are completed on time.
• Coordinate and update training room setup requirements.
• Maintain and update meeting room booking schedules.
• Manage Mobile TV setup requests and ensure equipment is properly scheduled and available.
• Provide reception coverage from 12:30pm-1:30pm and 5:30pm-6:00pm .
• Support other facilities and workplace-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Management or other related works.
• Prior Experience in related role will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using computer systems.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible and able to handle multiple requests at the same time.
• Good team player who can also work independently.
• Friendly, approachable and professional disposition.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
