JOB NEST EA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Customer Service Officer to support daily facilities operations at Buona Vista, Singapore. You will manage requests, coordinate meeting rooms, and ensure equipment availability.

Diploma in Management or related field.
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for employee facility-related requests.
Support daily facilities operations with the Facilities/ Workplace Experience team.
Manage work orders in Corrigo and assign to relevant teams (Handyman, AV, Cleaning, BMS).
Respond to facility queries via Microsoft Teams and email.
Coordinate training room setup and update meeting room bookings.
Provide reception coverage during specified hours.
Assist with other facilities and workplace tasks as needed.
