Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive Facility Management Executive to oversee daily operations of commercial/residential/industrial buildings. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient functioning of M&E, services and infrastructure.

The role requires a diploma in facilities management or related field, 2–5 years of experience, and strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations (BCA/SCDF/NEA/WSH).
• Familiar with building systems (M&E, HVAC, lifts) and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building operations including M&E, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and pest control.
• Monitor contractors and service providers against contracts and KPIs.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, NEA and WSH requirements; prepare inspection docs.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems.
• Assist in budgeting and control of operating expenses; manage asset registers.
