Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities / property management, including liaison with managing agents.
• Experience handling data management, record-keeping, or operational reports.
• Experience administering procurement processes, preferably in a public sector context.

Responsibilities

• Facilities & Maintenance Management: Collaborate with managing agents and venue managers to resolve maintenance issues and verify work completion to contract specs.
• Procurement & Contract Support: Support procurement for cyclical maintenance and upgrading works of arts spaces and assets.
• Data Management & Operational Efficiency: Manage and analyze data to drive operational efficiency.
• Assets Management: Participate in asset sighting and verification exercises.
