Job summary

JIN XUAN RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a service-oriented supervisor to greet guests, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining the restaurant's standards.

You will monitor stock, manage reservations, oversee service equipment maintenance, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or F&B Manager. Working hours: 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
• Supervise the service rendered and delivery of ordered items by F&B captains to ensure timeliness and consistency with the restaurant's standards.
• Equip with updated knowledge of the restaurant's products and services.
• Resolve customers' complaints during shift and log all complaints for follow-up actions.
• Check and maintain stock for F&B supplies e.g. cutleries, dinnerware, glassware, etc. for smooth operations.
• Manage table reservation system and service crew.
• Oversee the maintenance cycle for service equipment.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as the company's standard operating procedures.
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned by Assistant Manager / F&B Manager
