Job summary

JIN XUAN RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Operations Manager to oversee daily F&B activities, supervise service staff, coordinate schedules and ensure smooth service flow.

You will maintain high food hygiene and safety standards, handle customer inquiries, assist with cashiering and daily reconciliations, train staff, monitor stock, and cover Manager’s duties in their absence while working a 6-day week including weekends and PH.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily F&B operations.
• Supervise and guide service staff.
• Coordinate staff schedules and manpower deployment.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
• Maintain high customer service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Assist with cashiering and daily sales reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and replenishment.
• Train and coach new and existing staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Take charge of operations in the Manager’s absence.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
