Job summary

GTT MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations in Singapore. You will greet guests, handle special requests, resolve complaints, and coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure timely service and high standards.

Strong leadership, hands-on experience in F&B, and the ability to train and motivate staff while upholding brand and hygiene standards are essential. Weekend shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle special requests to boost satisfaction

• Monitor stock of food, beverages, and cutlery
• Assist with reporting and billing for ops admin
