Qualifications

Prior experience in Food & Beverage is required.
Able to lead and develop staff to maximize performance.
Strong communication with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

Maintain effective regular communications with relevant personnel at all levels.
Create a positive guest experience and a positive work experience for employees.
Handle guest and staff complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
Standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness through management of the restaurant.
Settle guest transactions via the Food & Beverage POS system.
Coordinate strategic and operational activities related to Food and Beverage.
Train and develop staff in outlet to maximize performance.
Lead and inspire individuals to be part of a committed team.
Inspect service stations for cleanliness, equipment functioning, and supplies.
Present bills and process payments when requested.
Train staff in the outlet.
