Job summary

Jin Xuan Restaurant Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a front-of-house team member to welcome guests, answer questions about our services and offers, and deliver beverages and desserts with accuracy.

You will clear and reset tables and prepare them for the next guests throughout a six-day work week, including weekends and public holidays. You will also assist with bar stock, learn our dish offerings and sauce pairings, inspect and dry cutlery, and ensure timely service while maintaining high

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they come into the restaurant.
• Provide answers to queries presented by clients regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant.
• Clean all tables after clients have left and prepare them for the next set of clients.
• Prepare beverages and desserts and cut fruit for daily operation.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons accurately & promptly.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Maintain basic knowledge of food dishes and the pairing of sauces and sides.
• Maintain responsibility for inspecting and drying of cutlery, crockery, copperware and silverware.
• Ensure trays are carried and food delivered to waiter/waitresses in a timely and efficient manner.
• Deliver great and excellent customer service.
• Maintain quality, service and cleanliness at all times according to restaurant standards.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures.
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
