Job summary

He Xi Enterprise Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily F&B operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will supervise service staff, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and ensure compliance with Food & Safety regulations.

This role involves managerial training, shift flexibility, and contributing to sales initiatives while maintaining high standards and staff welfare. 6-day workweek with PM shifts and live environment expectations are noted.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven ability to guide a team in a fast-paced F&B setting.
• Solid understanding of service standards and operations.
• Knowledge of Singapore F&B regulations and licensing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations with focus on service delivery and guest experience.
• Supervise and motivate service staff to maintain high standards.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance coaching.
• Support daily sales, cost control, inventory, and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with SFA food safety and liquor licensing requirements.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate when needed.
• Assist with rostering, attendance, manpower deployment, and staff welfare.
• Plan and execute promotions and upselling initiatives to boost sales.
• Conduct opening/closing duties, outlet inspections, and stock checks.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Cover outlet operations in Manager's absence when required.
