Job summary

MIJIN & CO. PTE. LTD. is hiring for a customer-focused F&B supervisory role at our Singapore outlet.

You will greet guests, take accurate orders, coordinate with kitchen, supervise daily operations, and ensure smooth service. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of F&B supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with POS systems. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential; WSQ Food Safety certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of F&B supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Customer-focused problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and manage seating.
• Take accurate orders and process through POS or manual methods.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Serve promptly and handle takeaway/delivery orders.
• Handle cashiering, including payments and refunds securely.
• Ensure tables are cleaned and dining areas reset.
• Monitor stock levels for condiments and supplies.
• Notify management when stock replenishment is needed.
